You are not subscribing to a mailing list (not just yet), you are subscribing to a community and benefit lots of promotion and discounts from our resident promoters.
From time to time you will be able to see special offers on our main site or on the promoter’s page, feel free to take advantage of these offers.

2 - How to search what I need?

To search what you may need, on the home page there is a search bar that will work as a search engine for the community network and show you results depending on your search keyphrase.

3 - How to navigate the website?

We made simple and easy to navigate, just use one of those 3 options:

  1. Use the search engine on the home page. Take me there
  2. At the top right corner of your screen there is a hamburger sign (≡), click on it and you will see the navigation links.
  3. At the bottom of each pages (footer) you will see more direct link
4 - How to subscribe to our mailing list?

You finally want to know more and benefit of more great opportunity to get tips & tricks and news from your local beauty therapy treatment.
So you may see a “Pink” banner on few pages, place your name and email address and we will add you to our mailing listing. Take me there

5 - How to visit our participants?

Well, this is the main point of the community to put you and beauticians together.
We have a few ways:

  1. If they have a direct web address, by all means type it and visit their page,
  2. otherwise type their company name or name after our web address (i.e. http://www.thebeautytherapy.co.uk/name),
  3. Or use the crafted search engine facility that we designed to help look and find them faster,
  4. Or you last option will be to navigate through the categories and find what you looking for in your area.

1 - How to join the community?

Are you ready to go to the next level and promote your business to our community?
First, you will need to join the community and we will create your private space depending on the package that you will choose.
There is a Sign-in icon on the home page that will take you to the joining form.

2 - How to create an Account?

Create an Account is simple, after you join-in you will need to select the package of your choice which will determine your web option on our community, then we will create your account including:

  • Private server space (from 5Gb),
  • Register your domain name (if requested),
  • Create your email accounts,
  • Create your web space in our community network,
  • Design your landing page layout,
  • Create login details (up to 3 users),
  • And Create up to 8 products or bookings (if requested).

3 - How to create the landing page?

To create your landing page we will need few things from you.
First, all the content you provide us needs to be in the following formats:

  • Content text: MS Word or Notepad (.docx, .txt)
  • Images: Original digital version in High resolution (.jpg, .png, .ai, .psd)
  • Videos: In 720dpi, 480dpi, YouTube link (.mp4)

Then, the design requirements:

  • Domain name suggestions (if required)
  • We may make few suggestions as it will be very important in the long run (SEO purpose),
  • Your Logo (one can be designed for you, if requested),
  • Any Images you would like to include,
  • Text you would like to include on the landing page (email or Word document),
  • Your email address listed on an email (Note that forms may use some of the email accounts),
  • Number of administrators listed on an email (Up to 3 – WordPress) for the back-end logins,
  • We will need their First name, Surname, Nickname, email address – The initial password will be automatically generated but can be reset.

4 - How to Create a booking?

As you provide services you may need to take online booking from your customers which will help you a lot in the long run as you can focus on the job, this will be your private PA.

To create such booking you could do it automatically by generating a service and attach a booking feature to it (from the back-end left hand-side navigation bar):

Products > Add New Product > then create your booking product

Or you could create the booking on the fly manually (from the back-end left hand-side navigation bar):

Bookings > Create a Booking > Find or create your customer > select the bookable service > then create the order

5 - How to create a product?

Product or Services come under the generic denomination “Product”. Even if bookable you will need to create it as a product which as 3 different types:

  • Simple – For items to sell,
  • Variation – A simple product with variation (colours, size),
  • Bookable – To have payable booking appointments.

To find the way to the product page creation (from the back-end left hand-side navigation bar):

Products > Add New Product > then create your product item
